Load days
Mark days such as holidays so every hour worked that day is paid at a different percentage.
A load day is a calendar day with its own pay percentage. Every minute worked on that day is reported at that percentage.
You need permission to see the Load days page in Time Punch.
A load day replaces the normal, evening, night and weekend rates for that day. It does not add to them. On a weekend, or at less than 55%, it can lower pay for shifts that day.
Mark a day
Open Load days
In Time Punch, click Load days. You see a calendar. Use the arrows to change month.
Click the day
Click the date. Days that already have a load are highlighted.
Enter the percentage
Enter Load percentage, or click one of the quick buttons: 33%, 45%, 55% or 90%. You can add a Name (optional), for example "1. maí".
Add it
Click Add load day.
Change or remove a load day
Click the day in the calendar, or click it in the list Marked days this month. Change the percentage and click Save, or click Remove.
A day can only have one load. If you try to add a second, Time Punch says "That day already has a load. Edit the existing one instead."
In the report
Each load percentage gets its own column in the payroll report.
