Reset your password
Get an email with a link to choose a new Dineout Partner password.
If you forgot your password, you can ask for an email with a link to choose a new one.
Ask for a reset email
Open Forgot password
On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?. You see Forgot your password?
Enter your email
Type the email address of your account in Email address.
Send the email
Click Reset Password. You see Request sent.
The page always says it will send an email "if we find an account associated with this address". It says this for every address, so it never shows who has an account. If you don't get an email, check the address and your spam folder.
You can ask for a reset email only a few times in a short while. After 5 requests from the same internet connection in 10 minutes, wait a little and try again.
Click Back to return to the sign-in page.
Choose a new password
Open the link in the email
The link opens a page that says Checking your link… and then Choose a new password. The page shows your email address.
Type the new password twice
Type it in New password and again in Repeat the password. Use at least 6 characters.
Save it
Click Save password. You see Password saved.
Sign in
Click Continue to sign in. Your email address is already filled in. Type your new password and click Login.
If you see a message under the boxes:
- Use at least 6 characters. Your password is too short.
- The two passwords don't match. Type the same password in both boxes.
- That password is too easy to guess. Try a longer one. Choose a stronger password.
If the link doesn't work
Each link works once and for one hour. After that, you see one of these pages:

| This link doesn't work | The link may be cut off. Copy the whole link, or click Send a new link. |
| This account can't be reset | The account is disabled or no longer exists. Contact your administrator. |
| We couldn't check your link | Check your internet connection and reload the page. |
Click Back to sign in to leave without changing anything.
