Choose your start page and display options
Pick the page Partner opens first, switch light or dark mode and choose which features you see.
You can choose the page Partner opens first, a light or dark look, and which areas of Partner you see.
There are two different places for this:
- The round Settings button on the right side of the page is for how Partner looks and where it starts. It is saved in your browser.
- Settings in the side menu, then View settings, is for which features you see. It is saved on your account.
Choose a start page and light or dark mode
Open the display panel
Click the round button with the sliders icon on the right edge of the page. It shows Settings when you point at it. A panel opens.
Choose your options
- Mode: pick the sun for light mode or the moon for dark mode.
- Presets: pick a colour.
- Default start page: pick the page Partner opens first.
- Fullscreen: makes the page fill your screen. Click Exit Fullscreen to leave it.
Close the panel
Click the X at the top of the panel, or click outside it. Your choices are kept straight away.
The refresh icon next to the X puts the panel back to its normal settings.

Each one belongs to an app. It only works if your company has that app.
How the start page is used
Partner remembers the last app you used in this browser. When you sign in, it opens that app, and then your start page if the start page belongs to that app. Otherwise it opens that app's normal first page.
- Booking Dashboard opens Live bookings.
- In Point of sale, if you don't have the right access to dashboards, Partner opens Customers instead of the dashboard.
These settings are saved in the browser you use. On another computer or browser, set them again.
The panel is not shown on some full-screen pages.
Choose which features you see (View settings)
View settings hide the parts of Partner you don't use, so the menu is shorter. They only change your own account.
Open View settings
Click Settings at the bottom of the side menu. Under Account, click View settings.
Turn features on or off
Use the switches:
- I want to see table reservation features
- I want to see take away features (Online orders)
- I want to see Point of Sale features (POS System)
Save
Click Update. You see "Your view settings have been updated." and the page reloads.
If it fails you see "Couldn't update your view settings, please try again or contact support."
View settings only hide things. They don't give you access to anything your account doesn't have permission for. See Find your way around.
