Read the company dashboard
See what was sold and used in a period, and what your clip cards are still worth today.
The company dashboard is the first page you see (Overview, also under Analytics → Company). It shows what was sold and used in a period, and what your cards are still worth today.
Choose a period
Pick Today, 7 days, 30 days (the default), This month, Last month, or Custom for any dates. Days are whole days and include today.
Choose a location (if you have several)
The location picker appears when your company has two or more locations. It only narrows the use figures. A card is not sold at a location, so sales stay company-wide.
Read the comparison
Under most figures you see +x% vs previous period: the same number for the period of equal length just before the one you picked.
The six headline figures
- Sold: the value of every clip card created in the period, meaning what the customer paid for it. It counts cards by the day they were created, not the day they were paid.
- Cards sold: how many clip cards were created in the period.
- Used: the prepaid value of the clips used in the period. Each clip counts at its card's price per clip (what was paid ÷ clips on the card). A 10,000 kr card with 10 clips adds 1,000 kr for every clip used, whatever the visit cost.
- Clips used: how many clips were taken off cards in the period.
- Visits: how many times a card was used. One visit can use several clips.
- Outstanding: what the clips still on your cards are worth right now, on cards that can still be used today. It ignores the period and the location. Treat it as visits you still owe customers, not as income. Underneath, you see how many clips are left and how much expires in the next 30 days.
Tips
- Uses include your cards used at other places, and other companies' cards used at yours.
- Hover over a rounded figure such as 1.2M to see the exact amount.
- The period and location are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a view.
