Redeem clips
Take one or more clips off a customer's clip card.
A redemption deducts one or more clips from a card. You can redeem from the top header, the cards list, and the card details page.
Open the redeem window
Click the redeem icon in the top header, or use the button on any card row or card details page.
Find the card
Type or scan the card code. You see the recipient, product, remaining clips as a grid, and the expiry date.
Pick how many clips
Choose between 1 and the number of clips left. The grid previews which clips will be used.
Confirm
Click Redeem to record the transaction. It shows up under Transactions immediately.
Tips
- You can only redeem clips that are still available. Expired and fully used cards are blocked.
- If you make a mistake, contact an admin to reverse the transaction. Users cannot un-redeem themselves.
