Choose how much of a clip card's code staff can see, and which emails you get.

Card codes
| Option | What staff see |
|---|---|
| Hidden | No code in the card list or details. Staff who can print reveal it with their own PIN. |
| Masked | Only the last 4 characters, enough to tell cards apart. The PIN reveals the full code. |
| Show | The full code for everyone who can see cards, without a PIN. |
Notifications
Choose which email notifications you receive, and the threshold for high-value redemptions.
Tips
- Seeing this page needs the Settings permission (read); changing it needs Settings (write). Managers have it.
- Card expiry is set on each product, not here.
- For some companies Dineout sets the card codes setting for security, and it cannot be changed.
