Quick answers about clip card codes, expiry, reversing redemptions and bulk issuance.
Each card has a unique code generated when it is issued. Codes can be copied from the card list with one click, and they are what you enter to redeem.
Expiry is set on the product (1–3+ years from issuance). After expiry, the card cannot be redeemed. Contact an admin if a customer needs an extension.
There is no self-serve undo for redemptions today. Contact an admin and they can reverse the transaction for you.
Bulk issuance is planned but not yet live. For now, issue cards one at a time, or contact support for large batches. See Bulk issuance.
