Issue a card to a customer
Issue a clip card from a published product to a recipient.
Cards are issued from a published product. Each card belongs to a recipient and tracks its own remaining clips.
Pick the product
From Klippkort → Create, visually select the published product the customer is buying.
Choose the clip amount
Pick from the amounts you configured on the product (for example 5, 10, 20).
Enter recipient details
Name, email, and phone for the recipient are required. The recipient is who can redeem the card.
Add purchaser info (optional)
If a different person paid (for example for a gift), add the purchaser's contact details. They are saved on the order; the card email goes only to the recipient.
Submit
Submitting creates both an order (under Orders) and the card itself (under Cards).
