Understand the dashboard charts
What each chart below the headline figures on the clip card dashboard shows.
Below the headline figures on the company dashboard, each chart answers one question. Most charts can switch between a chart and a table, and Sold vs used can be downloaded as CSV.
What each chart shows
- Sold vs used: value sold and value used over time, per day, week or month depending on the period.
- Where sold value sits: everything your company has ever sold, split by what happened to it: still on Unused cards, left on Partly used cards, Used, on Expired cards, or on Blocked cards. It covers all time, not the period.
- Sales channels: where the orders came from: issued in the manager, website, app, point of sale, kiosk and so on.
- Use by card type: which kinds of clip card were used: Single, Bundle or Custom offer.
- Use by location: the places with the most value used. Click one to focus the whole dashboard on it. Clips taken in the manager or by scanning a QR record no place, so they show as No location recorded.
- Top products: the clip card products with the most cards sold in the period.
- Expiring clips: the value of unused clips that expires in each of the next 12 months.
- Latest uses: the most recent clips used, with where and when, and how many clips are left on your own cards.
- Latest orders: the most recent clip card orders in the period.
