Find a card
Search, filter and open your clip cards to see their clips and history.
The Cards page lists your clip cards with code, recipient, clips left, status and expiry. Click a card to open its details and full history.
Search or look up
Type in the search box and pick a suggestion to find any card exactly: a card number, a code, an order number, a Dineout order number or a recipient email.
Typing without picking only narrows the cards already on screen.
Filter
Filter by status, product, clips left (has clips left / fully used), channel, wallet, created date and expiry date.
Open the details
You see the recipient, product, expiry, clips left, the code and every transaction on the card. You can redeem from here too.
Tips
- Blocked cards are included unless you filter by another status.
- Click an order number to open that order.
- Export CSV downloads every card matching your filters.
