Understand the dashboard charts

What each chart below the headline figures on the company dashboard shows.

Below the headline figures on the company dashboard, each chart answers one question. Most charts can switch between a chart and a table, and Sold vs redeemed can be downloaded as CSV.

What each chart shows

  • Sold vs redeemed: value sold and value redeemed over time. It shows them per day for up to a month, per week up to six months, and per month after that.
  • Where issued value sits: everything your company has ever issued, split by what happened to it: Unused, Left on partly used cards, Awaiting activation, Spent, Expired with balance and Blocked. It covers all time, not the period. Its Still spendable total includes expired, blocked and not-yet-activated cards, so it is usually higher than Outstanding balance.
  • Sales channels: where the cards sold in the period came from: Point of sale, Website, Mobile app, E-commerce, Business orders or API.
  • Redemptions by card type: which cards were spent: your Own gift cards, Dineout, Sinna or Organization cards.
  • Redemptions by location: the eight places with the most redeemed value. Click one to focus the whole dashboard on it; click it again to clear. Your cards spent at other restaurants also appear here, by address.
  • Top products: the gift card products with the most cards sold in the period. Cards issued without a product show as No product.
  • Expiring balance: how much spendable balance expires in each of the next 12 months. Cards that never expire are not in it.
  • Latest redemptions: the eight most recent uses of a card, with where and when, and what is left on your own cards.
  • Latest orders: the eight most recent orders in the period, whatever their status.

A figure that does not change when you pick a location is company-wide on purpose. Only redemptions have a location.
