Orders and payment
Find an order, check its status and payment, and act on it.
Every card belongs to an order. The order holds the payment and decides when its cards become usable. Open Gift Cards → Orders and click an order to see its details.
Find an order
Filter by order status, type (bulk or normal), payment status, payment method and date.
To find something not on screen, type in the search box and pick a suggestion: an order number, card number, Dineout order or recipient email.
Act on it
The ⋯ menu on each order has View details, Print order, Activate all cards and Pay with card on file, depending on the order and your permissions.
Order statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft / Pending Payment | Created but not paid yet. Its cards are not usable. |
| Paid | Payment settled; cards are being created. |
| Fulfilled | Cards created and delivered. |
| Cancelled / Expired | The order will not go ahead. |
| Payment status | Shown separately: Pending, Authorized, Captured, Failed or Cancelled. |
Activate all cards switches on every card in an order. Only do it once you know the payment has been received.
Tips
- Pay with card on file only appears for orders that are still waiting for payment.
- Export CSV downloads the orders you are looking at, with your filters.
