Payment and activation settings
Decide how an order is paid and whether its cards can be used straight away.
Advanced settings, at the bottom of the issue page, decides how the order is paid and whether the cards can be used straight away.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Activate card immediately after creation | On by default. Untick it to create the cards as Inactive, for example until a payment arrives. They are activated later from the order. |
| Card payment | The order waits for payment. Charge the company's saved card from the order with Pay with card on file. |
| Manual payment | For recording a payment taken some other way (Cash, Bonus, Back office creation or Other) with an optional note. |
| Security Level | Coming soon. Leave it on Not required. |
