Connect an online payment provider
Add Valitor, Salt Pay or Nets so your online customers can pay by card.
An online payment provider lets your customers pay online. You need an API key from the provider first.
Contact the provider you want to use to get an API key. Dineout can't give you one.
Add a payment provider
Open Payment providers
In Settings, open Integrations, then Payment providers.
Click New
Click New. The Create Payment Provider window opens. The button is greyed out until your company has a location.
Fill in the form
Enter a Title to recognise it, for example "Main Payment Provider". Choose the Payment provider: Valitor, Salt Pay or Nets. Paste the API key.
Choose the type
Under Type, choose Default or Clip Card. Choose Clip Card for a provider that is only for clip card sales.
Turn it on
Switch on Default payment provider to use it. Only one provider can be on at a time for each location.
Save
Click Save.
If your company has more than one location, you also choose the Location. You can't change the location later.
What the list shows
Each provider in the list shows its name and labels:
- The provider name.
- Clip Card, if it is a clip card provider.
- Enabled, if it is the default provider.
- The location address, if you have more than one location.
- API Key. Hover over it to see the key.
Change or delete a provider
Click a provider to change it. Click Delete to remove it. Dineout asks you to confirm, and you can't undo it.
This page is for online payments. Card terminals in your restaurant are set up under Connect a Teya card terminal.
