Update your company details
Change your company name, contact details, VAT number, short bio and the booking rules customers see.
The General page holds the basic facts about your company and the rules for online table bookings. Change them here and click Save.
Open the page
In Settings, open Company, then General.
Change what you need
The page is split into sections, described below.
Save
Click Save. You see the message "Updated restaurant". If something is wrong, an error message tells you which field to fix.
You need access to the Settings pages to see this page. If you can't find it, ask a manager. See Roles and permissions.
General

If your company runs in more than one language, use the language icons next to the Company title to switch. Name, Short bio and the texts below are kept per language.
Booking rules for online bookings
These settings control what customers can book online.

| Minimum guests per booking | The smallest party that can book online. |
| Maximum guests per booking | The largest party that can book online. Use a number from 1 to 150. |
| Booking time interval | How far apart the bookable times are, from 5 to 180 minutes. |
| Booking notice | How long before the booking time a customer must book, from 5 minutes to 24 hours. |
| Cancellation Cut Off Minutes | How long before the booking a customer can still cancel. None, or 30 minutes up to 24 hours. |
| Allow same day bookings | Tick to accept bookings for today. |
| Booking window | How far ahead you accept bookings: all, 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, 1 year, or Custom value (Custom booking window (days)). |
Texts customers see
- Enable booking policy: tick it to show a booking policy when customers book online. Write the text in Booking policy text.
- No-show text: a custom text about no-shows.
Marketplace listing
- Price Category: choose from $ to $$$$. This is shown on the Dineout marketplace.
- Categories: pick the categories that describe your company. They help customers who browse the marketplace.
