Set your opening hours
Set the weekly opening hours for each location, used by online bookings and online orders.
Your opening hours tell Dineout when guests can book a table and when online orders can be made. Each location has its own hours.
Open Availability
In Settings, open Company, then Availability. Open the Opening hours panel.
Choose a location
If you have more than one location, pick one in Select location.
Set each day
For each weekday, choose a From time and a To time. Times go in 15-minute steps. To close for the day, set both to None. The day then shows "(closed)".
Save
Click Save. You see "Updated opening hours". Repeat for your other locations.
Set both From and To, or neither. The From time must be earlier than the To time, or you get an error.
What the hours are used for
The panel says the hours are used by the booking system to work out availability, and by online ordering when it creates availability for menus, discounts and promo codes.
Opening hours are weekly. They don't cover single days such as holidays.
Rules per weekday
Each weekday also has a Rule list. A rule decides how your table availability works on that day. Rules are only used by the booking system, not online orders. You build rules in the Rules panel on the same page.
