Payment methods and order history
Save a company card to pay for gift card orders, and see the Dineout gift cards your company has bought.
Under Dineout Gift Cards you manage the cards your company pays with and see what it has bought. This menu is for companies that have the Dineout & Sinna GiftCards permission. See Buy Dineout gift cards.
Save a card on file
A card on file lets you pay orders in one click, without typing the number again.
Open Payment methods
Go to Dineout Gift Cards → Payment methods. The page shows Cards on file, the cards stored for your company.
Add the card
Click Add card (or Add another card). Type the Card number, Expiry and CVC. You can Name this card (optional), for example "Company Visa". Click Save card.
Confirm with your bank
Your bank asks you to confirm once. You see Waiting for your bank… and then Card saved.
You need Write on Payments to add, change or remove cards. Without it you can see the list but not change it.
Choose a default card
The card marked Default is used unless you pick another. On another card, click Make default. A card past its date shows Expired and can't be made default.
Remove a card
Click the bin icon on the card and confirm Remove card. The card can't be used for payments any more. Orders already paid with it are not affected.
See your order history
Dineout Gift Cards → Order history lists every gift card order your company has bought from Dineout. Your Home page shows the latest ones. You can filter and search the list and open an order for its details, in the same way as on Orders. See Orders, payment and activation.
An order that is still waiting for payment has Pay with card on file in its ⋯ menu.
