Sign in and two-step verification
Sign in with your email and password or Google, and finish the verification code step if your account asks for one.
You sign in to Gift Card Manager with your email and password, or with your Google account. Some accounts also need a code sent to a phone.
Sign in with email and password
Open Gift Card Manager
Open the sign-in page. You see Welcome back and Sign in to access your dashboard.
Enter your details
Type your Email and Password. Click the eye icon at the end of the password box to show or hide what you typed.
Click Sign in
Click Sign in. You land on the first page your permissions allow, for example the overview or the card list.
Sign in with Google
Click Sign in with Google under the or line and choose your Google account.
Forgot your password?
Ask for a link
Click Forgot password?, type your email address and click Send reset link.
Set a new password
Open the email and follow the link. Reset links work once, and only for an hour. If yours has expired, the page lets you ask for a new one. Choose a new password and click Save password.
Two-step verification
Some accounts must confirm the sign-in with a code sent by text message. When this applies to you, Two-factor authentication opens after your password.
Send the code
Click Send verification code. A code is sent to your phone.
Enter the code
Type the 6-digit code under Verification code and click Verify. If it doesn't arrive, click Resend code.
Click Back to login to start again.
If sign-in doesn't work
- The message under the form tells you what went wrong, for example a wrong password.
- If the email address isn't registered yet, you are offered Continue to sign up. See Sign up for Gift Card Manager.
- A disabled account can't sign in. Ask your manager or Dineout.
After you sign in
The menu on the left only shows what your permissions allow, so two people can see different menus.

Two buttons at the top of every page do the most common jobs: + issues a new card, and the card button redeems a card (or looks one up). Click Logout at the bottom of the menu to sign out.
