Sign up for Gift Card Manager
Register your company so you can sell, issue and redeem gift cards.
Anyone can register a company in Gift Card Manager. You fill in a short form, and your company is created straight away. There is no approval step.
You need your company's ID (kennitala), a phone number and an email address you can open. Your email address becomes the sign-in name of the first user, who is a manager.
Register your company
Open Gift Card Manager
Go to the sign-in page.
Click Sign up
Under the sign-in form, click Sign up next to Don't have an account?.
If you try to sign in with an email address that isn't registered, you are offered Continue to sign up instead. Your email address is filled in for you.
Create your profile
Step 1 of 4 is Account. Fill in:
- Company name (at least 2 characters).
- Company ID (kennitala) (10 digits).
- Phone number (7 digits).
- Email.
Click Next.
Choose your type of business
Step 2 is Business. Pick Restaurant/Bar (food, drink and hospitality venues) or Service company (salons, studios and bookable services). Then pick your Price range: Cheap, Moderate, Expensive or Most expensive. Click Next.
The business type shapes how your gift cards look to customers.
Add the details customers see
Step 3 is Details. You can add your Website and a short Description. Both are optional. They appear on your gift cards and online listings. Click Next.
Add your locations
Step 4 is Locations. Start typing an address and pick a result from the list. Click + Add another location if the cards can be redeemed in more than one place. Then click Sign up.
Set your password
You see You're registered! Check your email for a password setup link, set your password, then click Go to sign in.
Sign-up is limited to a few attempts from one connection in a short time. If it stops working, wait a few minutes and try again.
