Fill empty slots with Deals

Create a time-limited discount on your services that is shown in the Nova app, and follow it from review to published.

Deals are only available to some companies. If you don't see Deals in your calendar, your company doesn't have this feature yet.

A Deal is a discounted offer for a few of your services on chosen days and times. It helps you fill slots that would otherwise stay empty. Deals are shown in the Nova app.

Create a Deal

Open Deals

In the calendar, click Deals on the side, then start a new Deal.

Select services

Under Select services, choose up to three services.

Select employees

Under Select employees, choose as many employees as you want.

Choose when the Deal is valid

Under Validity, pick 1 to 3 dates and one or more time ranges for each day (Add time range, Valid from, Valid until). Dots on the calendar help you:

  • A pink dot means High availability for the selected employees.
  • A grey dot means Another Deal on this date.

Add details and a price

Under Pricing, fill in a Title (up to 40 characters) and a Short description (up to 70 characters). You can add a picture with Choose image (optional). Then enter a Discounted price for each service. It must be at least 40% lower than the Original price. The form shows the discount in per cent.

Check the preview

The Preview in the NOVA app shows what the Deal looks like.

Create the Deal

Click Create Deal. You see "The Deal has been submitted for review and is awaiting approval."

The Deal is for the location you have open in the calendar.

What the statuses mean

Your Deals are sorted in tabs at the bottom of the page.
