Set up the waiting list
Choose which locations have a waiting list and how long a suggested time stays open for the customer.
Use these settings to turn the waiting list on for your locations and to decide how long customers have to accept a suggested time.
This page is for companies that use Dineout Appointment. You need permission to change company settings.
Open the settings
Go to Waiting list
In Dineout Partner, open the company settings and click Waiting list.
Choose your options
Fill in the three settings below.
Save
Click the save button at the top. You see "Settings updated".
The settings
| Setting | What it does |

| Waiting list enabled for | The locations where customers can join the waiting list. Pick one or more. If none is picked, it shows No locations. |
| Acceptance deadline before appointment starts | How long before the suggested time the customer can still accept it. Choose from 30 minutes up to 12 hours, or No deadline. |
| Suggestion expires after | How long a suggestion you send stays open. Choose from 30 minutes up to 12 hours, or No expiry. |
If you never save this setting, a suggestion stays open for 30 minutes.
