Find a booking
Search all your bookings by guest name, booking number or email and open the one you need.
Use the search to find a booking on any date, even if it is not the day you are looking at.
Open the search
Open Monitor and click Search at the top. On a phone, tap the magnifying glass.
Type what you know
Type a guest name, a booking reference or an email address in the box. Results appear after a short pause.
Open the booking
Click a result. Each result shows the guest name, the booking number (for example #1234), the date and time, and a coloured bar for the status. The booking opens on the Details tab.
The booking reference is the number after the hash sign, also shown as Booking Id on the Details tab.
The search shows up to 15 results, newest first. If you don't find the booking, type more of the name.
Cancelled bookings are not shown in the monitor, but you can still find them here.
Other ways to find bookings
- To browse bookings for a date range with filters, use Bookings report and export. Its search box also finds bookings by phone number.
- To see all bookings for one day, open the Bookings panel in the monitor.
