Set opening hours for bookings
Set the hours guests can book for each weekday, and attach a rule to a weekday.
Your opening hours tell Dineout when guests can book. Online booking times are made from these hours.
Open the opening hours
Open Reservation in the top menu, then Availability. Open the Opening hours section.
You can also go to Settings, Company, Availability.
Choose the location
If you have more than one location, choose it in Select location.
Set the hours for each day
For each weekday, choose From and To. To close a day, set both to None. The weekday then shows "(closed)".
Attach a rule (optional)
Choose a Rule for the weekday, for example one that limits guests on Fridays. See Availability rules.
Save
Save the form. You see Updated opening hours.
Special hours for one date
To change the hours for a single date, for example a holiday, use the monitor instead:
- Open Monitor and go to the date.
- Click Settings, then Opening hours.
- Click Add opening hours, choose the times and click Save.
The hours outside your times are greyed out in the timeline. See Close online bookings or change one day.
