Connect Wolt
Connect Wolt to Dineout, send your menu to Wolt and take your Wolt venue online or offline.
This article is short on purpose. Wolt setup involves details from Wolt that are not shown in Dineout. Contact Dineout support if you need help connecting.
If you sell on Wolt, Dineout can send your product lists to Wolt and show Wolt orders next to your other orders.
What you can connect
Go to Settings, then Wolt under Integrations. The page is called Wolt Settings. It has two options. Click one to configure it:
- Wolt Platform: your menu and orders on Wolt.
- Wolt Drive: Wolt delivers your take-away orders.
Connect Wolt Platform
Open Wolt Platform
Click Wolt Platform.
Enter your Wolt details
Switch on Is Wolt Platform enabled for take away. Fill in Wolt Platform Venue Id and Wolt Platform API Key.
Save
Click Save. Dineout shows "Wolt settings updated successfully".
For Wolt Drive, fill in Wolt Drive Venue Id and save the same way.
Send your menu to Wolt
Enter your Wolt login
Under Wolt Platform Menu Sync, fill in Wolt Username and Wolt Password.
Choose the product lists
In Select menu to sync, pick the product lists to send. Lists already synced are shown under "Currently synced menus".
Click Sync Menus
Click Sync Menus. Dineout shows "Menus synced successfully".
If Wolt finds problems, a button shows Menu Sync errors with a number. Click it to open Validation Errors. The list shows the category, the item and what is wrong. Fix the item in Dineout and sync again.
When you change a product list that is on Wolt, send it again with Sync Menus. A Wolt logo on the product list reminds you of this. See Product lists (menus).
Take your venue online or offline
When Wolt Platform is on, the Live orders screen shows a Wolt button in the left bar. Open it for Wolt Venue Settings.
Check the status
On the Settings tab you see the address and phone number, and Is Open and Is Online for the venue.
Switch the venue
Use the Venue Online switch. You can set a time in Until.
Save
Click Save. Dineout shows "Venue successfully taken online/offline".
The header of the Live orders screen also shows Venue: Online or Offline.
The Opening Hours tab lists the venue's opening times. Click Sync Opening Hours to copy your opening hours from Dineout to Wolt.
Wolt orders
Wolt orders appear on Live orders with a Wolt logo and the Wolt order number. See Handle incoming orders.
